When you sign up, we collect your email address, the state program you select, and your answers to optional survey questions. We also collect standard analytics (pages visited, checker searches, referral source including ad campaign tags) to understand what's useful.
We use your email to send the cheat sheet you requested, alerts when your state's program rules change, and occasional product updates. We use aggregate analytics to improve the service. That's the whole list.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with curriculum vendors, marketplaces, state agencies, or program administrators. Checker searches are analyzed in aggregate and are not tied to your identity for any advertising purpose.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card. Analytics run through a privacy-focused service. If you arrived via an ad, the ad platform (e.g., Meta) may have set its own cookies subject to its own policy.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. To have your data deleted entirely, reply to any email from us and ask. We'll confirm within 7 days.
